1and 4 are the same, or very similar, and should not be separate sections. Normally one describes the problem (2 and 3) and then looks at the causes (1 and 4). Your research question is not clear to me. Avoid questions that lead to yes or no answers. Your question seems to lead to an obvious answer--yes, globalization must have some effect on infant health. I think you ought to evaluate whether globalization is more harmful or more beneficial to infant health.
